Shipping + Returns

I gladly accept cancellations.

  • Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Orders ship via USPS, tracking number will be provided to the email address provided. If there are any issues with delivery, please first reach out to your local post office to see if it can be resolved on their end.

If you order is delivered damaged, please contact us with photos.

 

First class mail = 2-5 days delivery, no insurance

Priority mail = 2-4 days delivery, insurance included
